This store is meant to supply the need for industrial equipment in the field of air ventilation for residential, commercial and industrial use as well as industrial pneumatic transportation. Our target customers are the small, medium and large companies involved in business and industry within European Union.

The products information and photographs presented on this web site are taken from our suppliers catalogues, leaflets, technical manuals and are subject to change without any prior notice. We strongly recommend our customers to check the products, products plates and product technical and user manual directly on the delivered product.
Our Prices:
The posted prices for each and every products are expressed in Euro with all taxes included. When completing an order you will see the delivery costs upon the information you are supplying. In the special situation (companies with not valid VAT number listed in Vies VAT Validation Number) we will charge Romania VAT /BTW / TVA 19%.
No change on your order will be made without requesting and receiving your agreement.
All prices are valid except for printing errors.
We reserve the right to modify prices and products without previous warning.
Our Stocks:
In Stock: The product is held in our warehouse or in our suppliers warehouse within Romania.
Available for delivery within 10 days: The product is held in our suppliers warehouse in European Union.
Available for delivery within 4 weeks: The product will be made and ready for delivery within maximum 4 weeks. The product will be build in our suppliers production facilities in Europe.
The stock status posted on the web site, it is not up to date in real time. We can experience changes of the product availability status without prior notice.
No change on your order will be made without requesting and receiving your agreement.
The Orders:
All your orders must be written. We accept written orders online, directly on the web site, e-mail or SMS to: 040723 401 401.
We accept for payments online payment, bank transfer (all orders will be processed after confirmation of the payment) and cash payment on delivery.
For the orders containing products with the status “In Stock” we can accept Payment on Delivery, only for the deliveries within the countries were our logistical partners are offering this service, and only for the total payment amounts lower than 1000 Euro.
For the orders with the delivery period longer then 7 days, we accept total transfer, or at least 40% down payment from the total amount to be paid (the delivery period to be taken into the consideration is count from the moment of the payment confirmation). The payment difference will me made latest in the delivery moment.
Warranty:
We offer the warranty for our products for each product and each customer according with the European Union legislation. Every product will be delivered together with its “Quality and Conformity Certificate” and wit its “Warranty Certificate”.
For the repairs and/or replacement within the warranty period, the customer will ship the complete product on his own expense to the supplier.
After an evaluation (within maximum 10 days from the receiving the product subject to the warranty), our technical team will issue a written resolution.
According with this resolution if the repair and/or replacement is subject to warranty, this will be made by supplier on his expansion as well as the delivery back to the customer.
If the resolution states that the defect (malfunction) took place due to the inappropriate installation and/or use of the product, the customer will be informed of the total value of the repairs, to be maid by supplier and paid by customer , and asked for his agreement before proceeding to the repairs.
Returns:
No returns of customized fans will be accepted. In case of standard fans, returns will only be accepted within the first 30 days after delivery.
A written claim form should be filled and agreed by our sales department before any return is accepted.
Buyer pays return shipping.
All returns are accepted providing item is not damaged.
After an evaluation (within maximum 14 days from the receiving the product subject to the return), if the return is not justified, the fan will be returned and the client will be charged for the transport costs as well as 30% depreciation of the fan.
After an evaluation, if the return is justified, our sales department will arrange collection and credit note, and/or replacement of the fan.
Complaints regarding product damage during delivery cannot be accepted later than 24 hours after delivery confirmation.
